Meerut is situated in the centre of Brockenhurst, a unique village with a watersplash running across the main street. We are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which is just two minutes walk from the local shops and a five minute stroll from the open forest. The New Forest ponies, cattle and donkeys frequently roam around the village streets, even wandering up to our gate.

Although Brockenhurst is a quiet village there are numerous places to eat in the evenings, choose from:- Italian, French, Chinese, Thai and Indian restaurants; several excellent pubs serving traditional home-cooked food; Chinese and Indian take-aways, plus a fish and chip shop.
