There are no two ways about it, it's been a difficult few months.

We're all adjusting to the current conditions we need to abide by in order to keep each other safe but together we will get through this. Please read through the information below as a few things have understandably changed in order for us to keep everyone safe.

Covid-19 Health & Safety Statement

Firstly, thank you. Thank you for coming to us and visiting this beautiful part of the world. Whether you have stayed with us before or not, please read the following information carefully.

We have adopted newly modified cleaning and disinfectant regimes for your room, bathroom, and communal areas to keep you safe. We understand this regime is different from the norm, but these procedures have been put in place for the health and wellbeing of everyone.

Please, if you feel unwell in any way, do not travel to us.

We request that you advise us in advance of your intended arrival so we can ensure that no two groups of guests arrive at the same time.

On arrival, we will check your temperature and request that you go straight into your room from the car park. All rooms have private external entrances.

While staying with us at Meerut, please adhere to physical distancing, frequently wash your hands, and use the sanitisers that are readily available.

Breakfast will be served in two sittings in the communal breakfast area. We will ask you to select in advance from a more extensive menu, which will include your selection of cereals, yoghurts, juices, and fruit, as well as the usual toast, continental or cooked options, and hot drinks. We will serve all breakfast items to a collection table, as there will be no 'Help Yourself' buffet.

Usual facilities such as the utility room and gas barbeque will be unavailable this year. Your room will have access to its own fridge and any other items (eg wine glasses) that you would like from the utility room.

Please could you check out by 10 am on your departure day to allow us sufficient time to clean and sanitise your room & en-suite to Covid-19 standards in preparation for the next guests.

Should you need to cancel your booking, our cancellation policy remains the same. Up to 72 hours prior to arrival there will be no charge and all pre-payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, a one-night charge will be taken unless we are able to re-let your room.


If you should feel unwell while you are with us, please notify us straight away and return home immediately. If you feel unable to drive, please stay in your room and self-isolate until you feel well enough to leave.

Should either of us feel unwell, we will cancel all bookings, refund all payments made, and encourage all guests staying here to return home.

We would like to reassure you that your stay here will be as comfortable as possible and that our standards have been checked fully by Visit Britain, who have awarded us their Good To Go mark for Covid-19 safety.
